Formal opening of factory Instroy confectary Lubimy Krai

Confectionery lubimy Krai on April 15 opened a new factory in the industrial zone Gorelovo (Leningrad region). The plant is located in the area of 3.4 hectares on Volkhonskoye highway.  Construction investment is 1.5 billion rubles, planned payback period - 7 years. The factory area  is 16 000 m2.

At  Gorelovo plant  today  only  the first production line was launched. It's capacity is 1.6 thousand tons of products per month. To the end of 2016 it's  planned to launch the second production line (consisting of two lines) with the same capacity of 1.6 thousand tons of products per month. The company will produce oatmeal cookies, gingers, cheese biscuits and other products. By 2025  the factory plans to produce 1 billion packages of cookies and gingers in a year.

Developers are planning to double the housing stock in St. Petersburg and Leningrad region border areas

         Developers announced housing projects on 100 million square meters in St. Petersburg and in the bordering areas of the Leningrad region. It's almost as much as city already has, the head of the Committee on Urban Development and Architecture ( CGA)Oleg Rybin reports today during parliamentary hearings on amendments to the General Plan of St. Petersburg.
         "Housing stock of St. Petersburg is  120 million square meters for now, it is planned to have 60 million square meters more in the existing project plan.  And 21 million square meters of housung is in the development. Subtotal 81 million is in addition to what is already there”, - said Oleg Rybin. – “and another 18 million square meters of housing on the Leningrad region border areas is planned. "
          Particularly, it is planned to build 4.5 million "squares" in Murino , 1 million in Rzhevka,   more than 750 thousand in Ianino, 2 million in Kudrovo ,  more than 500 thousand square meters in Novogorelovo, - it is said in his presentation.
          But also, the head of the CGA put attention  that "the so-called housing belt around the metropolis start to be some problem that will need to be carefully worked with."

The construction volume in St.Petersburg in January-May increased on 2,9% - Smolny

          In the first five months of this year the construction volume in St.Petersburg in January-May increased on 2,9%  relative to the same period of the last year. About this on Thursday  Economic Policy and Strategic Planning Committee reported.

           Total amount of work is 135.5 billion rubles, the Committee reports. Also the Committee noted an increase in housing construction. Construction demonstrated rise of 46.7% compared to the previous year.
          In addition to the construction Committee reports about the growth of telecommunications services on 7.7%. It is 51.8 billion rubles. Volume of  transport service organizations has increased  on 5.2%. It has reached 188.8 billion rubles.

          According to  Anatoly Kotov – the head of Economic Policy and Strategic Planning Committee,the situation in the city is positive, despite the decline of growth rates of some positions. He stressed the city intends to support those industries that are most dependent on external factors.
         Remind, yesterday Petrostat released data about  industrial production index in the city. For five months, he went down on 7.9%.

In St. Petersburg the unified information system for construction will be made

           Governor Georgy Poltavchenko ordered to prepare proposals for the introduction of the unified integrated information management system for the construction industry by June 20.

           According to "BaltInfo" , the system allows to watch on-line all investment-building activity process – hold the planning and monitoring  of constructing programs, examination of projects, to receive a building permit, to legalize property rights and control the financing.

           So, every resident of St.Petersburg will be able to watch the objects, raising near his house and ask any question. The program also provides the opportunity to make your own on-line profile for real estate developers and investors, which will monitor the fulfillment  of the bureaucratic procedures.

           On Wednesday, May 14, the system was introduced to the St. Petersburg specialists the executive secretary of the Expert Council for urban planning at the State Duma Committee for Land Relations and construction Svetlana Bachurina. Governor Georgy Poltavchenko supported the system integration on the meeting at Smolny.

The cost of housing in the suburbs of St. Petersburg has increased on 4% since the beginning of the year

In the I quarter of 2014 the average cost of m² in the economy class housing in the suburbs of St. Petersburg increased on 4%.
In the I quarter of 2014 in the Leningrad region 3.9 million m²of housing is being raised, which is 92.200 of apartments. The main building - 85% of the building area is concentrated in a suburban area of St. Petersburg (average distance is  20 km from the city boundaries) - is more than 3.3 million m². If compare with the results of 2012 -  the amount of new housing has increased more than twice.
According to analysts Knight Frank, since the beginning of the year the average cost of m² in economy class housing in the suburbs of St. Petersburg increased on 4%.
Since the beginning of the year, the region has sold about 300 000 m² of housing, which is about a quarter of the total sales of all classes real estate in St Petersburg and the Leningrad region.
