Limited Liability Company "GC Development" — a company offering a full range of services for industrial and housing construction, namely: design, construction, the functions of Customer-builder.
The company aim is to fully and effectively satisfy the customer’s needs through an integrated approach to construction, which allows to implement projects of any complexity in the short term.

"GC Development" has all necessary modern construction technology and machines, that allow company to work on its own with high quality. The company’s staff is highly qualified with vast experience in building of commercial and residential sites. Some specialists have diplomas for the great contribution to the construction of St. Petersburg and Leningrad region.
"GC Development" is member of a group of companies which together with the management company "Agency "Gorelovo zone industrial" develops the territory of the industrial zone "Gorelovo", in the Lomonosov district Leningradsky region.In this cooperation the company builds industrial facilities and constructs engineering infrastructure of the industrial zone in the area of 234,2 hectares. Development Program of infrastructure includes gas pipeline, water facilities, construction of sewage purification facilities, construction of electric mini-power plants on the basis of gaz engines. The total capacity of 1 mini-electric plant is about 20 MW. This program is for a period up to year 2014. In close contact with the management company "GC Development" is able to quickly resolve all issues related to obtaining the necessary permits.
"GC Development" has all the necessary licenses to carry out works on the design of buildings and structures I and II levels of responsibility in accordance with the state standard. It has a certificate of conformity ISO 9001:2000.
The Company carries out:

- financial and econimic calculation;
- arrangement of permits, projecting and building management till the start-up;
Due to careful work, using approval experience with all necessary authorities, strict monitoring of the project at all stages, we achieve fast and effective results.
Currently "GC Development" implements a number of major projects:
«Elsy»- industrial building for the production of check point machines and the creation of automated systems for urban and rail transport systems and electronic payments from the administrative building at the site area of 10 000 sq.m;
«Instroy»- a combined warehouse for food storage with a living quarters with a capacity of 10000 tons on the land plot 21 000 sq.m. Built-up area is 9 500 sq m;
«Port-Holod» – the fridge terminal with administrative and living space with a capacity of 3000 tons on the land plot 20 000 sq.m. Built-up area is 4 000 square meters. m.
«Terminal»- fridge and cooling warehouse with a built administrative complex with a capacity of 12 000 tons on the land plot 35 700 sq.m. Built-up area is 11 200 sq.m. ;
«Rulog» —distribution-warehouse complex network of restaurants , which includes office and support space, with a capacity of 2 950 tons on the land plot 21 000 sq.m. Built-up area is 6 400 square meters. m;
«Xenon» — the complex of warehouses and distribution center of North-West region for the «Sport-Master» shop chain, on the territory of 60 000 sq m. Built-up area 12 400 sq. m
At the time of design and pre-development are the following projects:
«Gorelovo Industrial Zone» — complex of office buildings (Business Park) and Data Center — highly reliable platform for deployment of corporate information services brings together a lot of infrastructure and applications solutions to achieve best economic efficiency of IT;
«Russian Holland» — housing and townhouse complex with low settlement in the Lomonosovsky district of Leningradsky region, the land area under development is 50 hectares;
«Romanovskaya Sloboda» — cottage village in Vsevolozhsky district of Leningradsky region, the land area under development is 50 hectares;
