If compare with the results of 2012 - the amount of new housing has increased more than twice.
According to analysts Knight Frank, since the beginning of the year the average cost of m² in economy class housing in the suburbs of St. Petersburg increased on 4%.
Since the beginning of the year, the region has sold about 300 000 m² of housing, which is about a quarter of the total sales of all classes real estate in St Petersburg and the Leningrad region.
